Christmas / New Year Shipping / Operating Information

Below is an outline of our operations over the Christmas / New Year 2023 period:

Websales ( including Outlet store ) as per normal. Shipping for all orders will take place after Jan 2. Outlet store orders can be picked up after Jan 2.

Our main warehouse is closed over the Christmas / New Year period.

Our Brookvale NSW Factory outlet is closed over the Christmas / New Year period.

Customer Service will operate by phone and email on a call back basis over this period.

Normal Operations resume Jan 2, 2024.
