This is a permanent part-time position, ideal for an experienced finance professional looking for meaningful, flexible work in a collaborative and progressive environment.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our CEO to manage the financial administration across our global entities (Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Hong Kong). We run a lean back-end operation powered by NetSuite ERP and supported by robust automation—so you’ll be focusing on oversight and accuracy, not endless data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external tax accountants in AU, NZ, HK, and the USA to meet annual filing requirements
  • Manage monthly GST (AU/NZ) and Sales Tax (USA) filings
  • Oversee Accounts Payable across all entities (automated workflows in place)
  • Process Accounts Receivable for AU and NZ
  • Reconcile multi-entity bank accounts and other G/L accounts monthly
  • Manage payroll and employee expenses across all regions

You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in multi-entity accounting
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred)
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach
  • Confidence in working independently and directly with leadership
  • Comfortable managing international tax and compliance (with external support)
